无刷直流电机广角波控制方法的研究

摘要 针对传统无刷直流电机120°导通型控制方法存在转矩脉动大,不能适应高精度高稳定性要求的缺点,提出了一种新的广角波控制方法,通过控制相电压使相电流达到准正弦波。与传统控制方法相比,采用广角波控制后转矩脉动从14%下降到3.4%,出力增加了3.5%,而且可以利用非导通相检测反电势过零点,实现无位置传感器控制。广角波控制不但具有转矩脉动小、出力大、控制简单等优点,而且实现了无位置传感器控制,适用于高性能场合。 Deal with the torque pulsating problem caused by traditional control method for Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motor and for the sake of satisfy the running request of high precision and good stability for BLDC motor,a novel control strategy,wide-angle control is proposed.Compared with traditional control scheme for BLDC motor,through adopting the phase voltage as control objectives and making the phase current similar to sinusoidal waveform,torque ripple of BLDC motor has been reduced from 14% to 3.4% and torque increased by 3.5%.Furthermore,detecting the Zero-crossing point of Back Electro Motive Force (BEMF) by means of non-conducting phases,sensorless control can be realized.The new control strategy for BLDC motor not only has good advantages of minimizing torque ripple,increasing torque and making the control strategy simple,but also sensorless control strategy for BLDC motor is realized. At the same time,simulation and experimental results verified high performance of BLDC motor adopting the new control method.
