一种新型四相SR电机功率变换器的分析与设计

摘要 功率变换器是开关磁阻电机调速系统(SRD)中的重要组成部分,现有的各种功率变换器都存在着种种问题和不足,关键是不能保证较好的性能价格比。通过对两种常用的四相开关磁阻电机(SR)功率变换器主电路的分析,优化和综合常用的主电路,给出了目前最优的四相SR电机功率变换器主电路型式,即最少主开关型,提高了经济性和实用性。结合研制实践,介绍了5.5kW的SR电机新型功率变换器的实际电路、主要器件及其定额的选择。该方案已成功地通过了实验应用,结合降低SR电机转矩波动的有效手段,实现了电机实时双相绕组通电稳定运行。 Power converter is an important part of switched reluctance motor(SRM).In present,most of power converter have many shortcomings,the crucial one is that they have not outstanding ratio of performance and price.In this article,two traditional power converter main circuits for four phase switched reluctance motor are analyzed,optimized and synthesized. The paper gives the main circuit of new power converter for four phase SR motor,in which the least central switch is used.With the project practice,the paper gives the practical circuit,key components and its parameters. With experiment,the project is applied successfully.In order to reduce torque-ripple of SRM also,secure real-time operation is achieved with two phase windings simultaneously electrifying.
