摘要
基于DSP芯片TMS320F240设计了数字式大功率UPS逆变系统。描述了UPS的应用背景及其发展;给出了基于DSP的逆变系统实现框图;介绍了数字式SPWM产生器SA4828的使用及其与DPS的连接;分析了UPS的锁相,并结合本系统给出了锁相波形;深入分析了重复控制原理及其与传统PID的比较,并通过采用一种改进型重复控制器实现了UPS的精确控制。实验结果表明,其单相稳压精度可达1%,验证了本方案的可行性和有效性。
A digital inverter of large power UPS which is based on the DSP chip TMS320F240 is introduced. First of all,this paper describes the application background,the development of UPS and a realization schematic diagram. Then the use of SA4828 which can generate SPWM numerical is introduced. Moreover phase lock of UPS is analyzed,especially in the inverter system,and its waveform is given. Finally this paper analyzes repetitive control,and a comparison to traditional PID with repetitive control are carried out.By sing of an improved repetitive controller,the accurate control of UPS is implemented.Experimental waveform proves the feasibility and validity of the scheme.
