摘要
通过研究串联电能质量补偿器(SPQC)在投入和退出瞬间,对电力用户、电网及其本身产生的不良影响,分析了引起此不良影响的根本原因,找出了消除此不良影响的新方法,一是采用特种变压器改善SPQC各方面特性,二是提出了一种非投入和退出的控制策略,完全解决了这些问题。大量的仿真实验和模拟环境测试证实了该方法的正确性。
This papers studies the harmful effects of Series Power Quality Compensator(SPQC) on electric user,electric wire netting and its own,which are induced during SPQC inserting and exiting from the power system analyses the basic reasons of causing thess harmful effects,and found out the new method to dispel them. First,we have improved the characteristics of various fields through adopting a special voltage transformer,in addition,we have proposed a kind of control strategy of non-inserting and non-exiting to solve these problems completly.A large number of artificial experiments and simulation tests verify the exactness of this method .
