摘要
本文研究外源性层粘连蛋白与人胃癌细胞膜上其受体介导细胞内Ca2+浓度及钙调蛋白(CaM)和DNA发生的变化。结果表明,层粘连蛋白可引起细胞内Ca2+浓度升高和钙调蛋白含量显著升高。同时伴有核DNA含量增加。提示外源性层粘连蛋白与质膜上的层粘连蛋白受体结合后可能通过细胞内Ca2+影响核内CaM,进而促进DNA的合成。该信息通路在层粘连蛋白促进肿瘤细胞粘着,铺展,增殖等生物学效应中可能起重要调节作用。
hanges in the content of cytosolic Ca2+ and the nucleous calmodulin and DNA of human gastriccancer(BGC-823 )cells bound with and without external laminin(LN)were studied using a cytofluor- ophotometer The followIng results were obtained:Green annulus can be seen on the membrane of ca- ncer cells.When cells cultured on the LN coated glass surface,the content of cytosolic Ca2+ and the nucleous calmodulin increased obviously,accopanied by increase of DNA,which suggesrs that the cyto- solic Ca2+ may play a role of second messenger by means of CaM in the biological progress of LN promoting cancer cell proliferation
