摘要
法律上的“读者权利平等”与现实中的读者权利不平等现象,使“书本上的法”变得难以理解;法社会学抛开狭隘的“法条主义”,将“法”与具有充分主观能动性和具体丰富的社会相联系,为我们认识、理解读者现实权利不平等现象的产生及发展变化提供了科学的分析方法和独特视角。
In law“reader right equality”,but in reality reader right inequality,this phenomenon makes“the law on the books”difficult to understand;Law sociology casts aside the narrow“law pieces of doctrine”,have the“law”interrelated with the concrete abundant society which also is full of subjective initiative,so that offered the scientific analytical method and unique visual angle for us to understand reader's right inequality phenomenon.
