摘要
利用正态分布函数的性质获得了各检测时刻失效概率新的Bayes估计,进而给出了母体参数的估计。最后,对实际数据进行了处理。
Using properties of the normal distribution function, we give Bayesian estimations of failure probability in time and estimate the distribution's parameter. Robustness of Bayesian estimation is also discussed.
