摘要
论述文化是人类一切行为的原动力,饭店文化作为企业文化的一种,具有自身的内涵与特征,提升饭店文化能够提高饭店在市场经济条件下的生存能力。在此基础上重点分析饭店文化的社会化模塑过程的基本模式,并提出若干模塑饭店文化的策略。
Culture is the original motive force on all the behaviors of human being. As a kind of corporation culture, hotel culture possesses its character and intension, which improves the living power in marketing economy. Based on all these, the author analyzes the basic pattern in the process of socialization molding and puts forward some policies for hotel culture.
