As a folk temples organization, Taiwan Bao-sheng-da-di cult alliance plays a more and more important role in Fujian and Taiwan religion circle than ever. This paper researches the foundation and the activities of Taiwan Bao-sheng-da-di cult alliance under the given background of the society of Fujian and Taiwan.
