燃烧调整对炉内三维温度场分布的影响

摘要 在一台300MW锅炉上采用12个火焰图像探测器和三维温度场监控系统进行了燃烧调整对炉内三维温度场分布影响的实验研究,结果表明:300MW和220MW的高温区域的温度相差约300K;总风量和层间燃料量的调整试验直接影响炉内沿高度方向的温度场分布。 The paper deals with the influence of boiler combustion regulation on 3-dimensional temperature field. A 300MW boiler is tested with real-time three dimensional temperature field monitoring technology. The research concludes that average temperature of high load is higher than that of the low one and the temperature difference between 300MW and 220MW is about 300K. Besides during each regulation in the layer of burners and air quantity there exists a status which has the highest 3-dimensional temperature.
