基于辐射能信号前馈的串级汽温控制系统

摘要 研究电站锅炉炉膛辐射能与过热器出口温度的动态特性,以辐射能信号作为前馈信号,组成前馈-反馈的汽温控制系统,改进过热器减温水喷水控制,提高了蒸汽参数品质及火电机组的经济效益和安全性。 The paper studies dynamic characteristic between the radiant energy signal in the furnace of plant boiler and superheated steam temperature. It puts forward a feedforward-backforward control system of superheated steam temperature based on radiant energy signal. By amending the spray control of cooling water and quality of superheated stream, the efficiency and security of thermal power can be improved.
