Reasonable Thinking on the Phenomenon of Confrontation Between Coal Industry and Electricity Industry

从经济学角度对近两年煤电博弈以及国家新出台的煤电联动政策进行分析,提出煤电联营是解决煤电博弈问题的长期战略,根本解决手段是电力体制改革,让煤电在市场经济大环境中自由发展。

From the point of view of economics,the phenomenon of confrontation between coal industry and electricity industry and the new policy of coalition action between coal industry and electricity industry made by state government in recent two years were analyzed.It was pointed out that the coalition operation between coal industry and electricity industry is the long run sytategy for the solution of this kind confrontation,the basic solution is electricity system reform,and the coal industry and electricity industry should be allowed to develop freely in maket-oriented economical environment.
