摘要
从企业人力资源管理信息化的概念解读入手,通过对当前电力企业人力资源管理信息化建设现状的考察,剖析了其中所存在的主要问题,并在此基础上提出了相应的解决对策与思路。
Starting with to understand the concept of informationization of human resources management for enterprise,through investigation this information-based construction in electric power enterprise at present,their main problems were analyzed.The correspondent's countermeasures and thinking were put forward.
