组蛋白赖氨酸甲基化的表观遗传图

摘要 组蛋白N末端有多种翻译后修饰,包括乙酰化,磷酸化,甲基化,泛素化和ADP-ribosylation,上述修饰酶以及选择性结合到位置特异性修饰组蛋白的染色质相关蛋白的发现揭示组蛋白末端修饰能明显扩大遗传密码的信息容量,另外它们显示还能为染色质区域充当很好的检索工具,促进表观遗传控制以及染色体的功能组织.
