人精液中NO与β_2-MG、FIB及CRP含量的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨人精液一氧化氮(NO)与β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)含量的关系。方法参照WHO标准方法,进行精液常规分析。采用镀铜镉还原荧光法检测NO代谢产物硝酸盐(NO-3)。用放射免疫法检测β2-MG。用散射比浊法检测FIB。用免疫比浊法测定CRP含量。结果不育活率异常组、少精子和无精子症组的NO含量明显高于正常生育组,β2-MG、FIB和CRP含量明显低于正常生育组,两组之间存在有高度显著性差异(P<0.01),不育组NO含量与β2-MG、FIB和CRP含量呈显著性负相关(r=-0.86、r=-0.95、r=-0.43)。结论精液蛋白质含量测定有助于精子质量的评价,对男性不育症的诊治有一定的指导意义,NO对精子运动能力及蛋白质的分泌利用有抑制作用,这对不育症的机制研究有重要价值。 Objective: To discuss the relation of nitric in human semen with the contents of β_2-microglobulin fibrinogen and C-reactiveprotein. Methods: The semen was analyzed according to WHO'S standard. Copper-coadted cadmium reduction fluorescence assay was used to detect the metabolic product of NO nitrate.The contents of β_2-MG ?FIB and CRP were radiate immunity method dispersion nephelometery method and immunity nephelometery, respectively.Results:The nitric oxide level in the groups of infertility activity rate abnormity group?low-sperms and non-sperms were remarkably higher than that in control group,but the conditions of β_2-MG ?FIB and CRP are contrary and have great difference.(P<0.01)The contents of β_2-MG ?FIB and CRP in sterility group decreased with the increase of NO level(r=-0.86,r=-0.95,r=-0.43).Conclusion: The protein contents in semen is indicative of the quality of sperms. It has a guideline towards the diagnosis and treatment of men's sterlity. NO inhibits the activity of sperms and the protein secretion.This finding is very valuable in studying the mechanism of sterlity.
