厦门地区1315例优生咨询者染色体核型分析

Analysis of chromosomal karyotypes in 1315 cases of birth health counseling in Xiamen.

作者对厦门市1315例优生咨询者做了G显带染色体核型分析,发现异常核型71例,异常率为5.4%(71/1315)。其中数目异常者35例(49%,35/71);结构异常者29例(41%,29/71);性别异常7例(10%,7/71)。本文并对优生咨询者染色体异常核型与不同类型表型两者的相关性进行了探讨,这对优生咨询具有指导意义。

G banding chromosomal karyotypes were analysed in 1315 cases of birth health counseling in Xia men, It was found 71 cases of chromosomal karyotyps abnormalities, abnormalities frequency for5.4%(71/1315), 35 cases of them were number abnormalities(49, 35/71);29cases of structral abnormailities(41%, 29/71) and 7 cases of sexual abnormalities(10%, 7/71). The chromosomal abnormalities of birth health counselee relationship between karyotype and phenotype of different kinds were discussed. There are guide significance for birth health counseling.
