股份公司业绩评价战略指标体系研究

Research on performance evaluation strategy index system of stock company

文章从财务、客户、内部业务流程、学习与成长、其他利益相关者和履行社会义务等六个维度,创建了股份公司业绩评价体系,其中包括净资产收益率等十八个财务指标和服务满意度等二十七个非财务指标,以此来全面评价股份公司的业绩。

The paper builds performance evaluation index system of stock company from six domensions: finance, customer, inner operation course, learning and growing, other benefit-relative people, and fufiling society obligation.Including 18 financial indexes such as ratio of net assets income etc and 27 non-financial indexes such as service satisfaction degree etc,to evaluate performance of stock company overall.
