论国防科研单位采购业务财务信息网络化管理

An attempt to implement networks' financial managements for purchases of merchandise

随着国家对科技体制改革的不断深入,现行的国防科研单位采购业务管理模式与其发展的内外部环境已不相适应,对采购业务实行财务网络化管理是发展的必然趋势。文章针对国防科研单位的特点,通过分析不足,结合网络化信息管理的特点,提出了进行财务网络化信息管理的观点。

With the government's performing the reform of scientific research systems. The current management mode of purchases of merchandise has been no longer suitable to its internal and external circumstances. It is imperative under the situation to implement networks financial managements for purchases of merchandise. This paper aims at characteristic of scientific research units for national defence. Under analyzing shortage and linking to characteristic of management of networks, The paper mentions the viewpoint of implementing financial managements networks.
