摘要
文章通过对邯郸矿业集团(邯郸矿务局)管理改革的背景分析、过程分析和效果分析,提出了国有煤炭企业进行管理改革的若干基本思路。
In the recent years,in the process from planned economy to market-oriented economy in our country,how do the state-owned coal enterprises face kinds of drawbacks which formed under the management model of planned economy in the last years -- the implication of small society which is large and overall or small and overall,carrying the baggage of bad property,too high market competence cost,etcHow do the enterprises proceed management reformThrough the investigation and research on the background ,process and effect of management reform of Handan Mining Group Company(Handan Mining Bureau),this article puts forward a number of basic thinkings for state-owned coal enterprises to proceed management reform.
