当今世界知识产权是保护人类智力劳动成果的一项最有效的法律制度,是促进技术创新,加速科技成果产业化,增强经济、科技竟争力的重要激励机制。知识产权作为创新成果标志,已经成为高校科技管理工作的重要内容。文章从学校科技管理体制的改革、严格知识产权管理制度、加强知识产权转移及产业化等几个方面,分析了高校知识产权保护与管理工作。

Nowadays,the world Intellectual Property Right is the most etlectiue legal system to profect human intelligent laboring harvest,is the important promoting mechanism to promote technical innovation, allelerate scientific harvest industrialization, improve economy and scientific and technological ability.Intellectual Property Right, as the sign of Creating harvest, has belome the very important content of scientific and technological management in higher institution. This article analyses the protection acd management of intellectual Property Right in higher instution, from the innovation of scientific and technological manging system, the reform of managing rule and regulation of intellectual property Right, the improuement of transformation and industrialization of Intellectual Property Right etc.
