论“问题学生”的成因与教育转化

Reason of "problem students" and how to educate them

近年来,大学中的"问题学生"逐渐成为各学校学生工作的一个重点。文章从家庭、学校、社会及学生自身等角度分析了"问题学生"产生的原因,并提出了一系列的教育转化措施,旨在杜绝"问题学生"形成的根源,使大学中的"问题学生"不断减少,努力为我们的社会造就成千上万新型的、高素质的人才。

In recent years,'problen students' in the university become a emphases of education gradually.In order to avoid'problem students'come into being,reduce the quantity of the 'problem students' and cultivate a new-style and great ability generation, this paper analyses the reason of the 'problem students' from the family,school,society and student oneself angles,and put forward a series of education and conversion measures.
