教师师德在未成年人成长过程中所处的地位和作用至关重要。一方面,教师是社会道德的代表者和实践者,又是人类文明的建设者;另一方面教师既是未成年人学习知识的领路人,又是铸造思想灵魂的工程师。教师在未成年人成长过程中起着潜移默化和表率的作用。

Teacher's virtue plays a very important role in the growing course of juveniles. In terms of role: on the one hand, teacher is the very person who symbolizes and practises social morality; on the other hand, teacher is the guide for the juveniles to acquire knowledge and also is the engineer for juveniles to form noble thought.with regard to function, teacher is the model who influences his or her students consciously or unconsciously.
