试析高校教师思想政治工作特点与策略

做好高校教师思想政治工作,必须从分析高校教师队伍构成特点入手,探索和掌握工作规律性;在基本肯定的同时,还应客观地认识这支队伍存在的某些特有弱点。历史上知识分子群的一些旧习气和老毛病还或强或弱、或明或暗地产生惯性作用,在不同程度上对这支队伍形成潜在影响。做好高校教师队伍思想政治工作必须认清其艰巨性、复杂性和长期性,从五个方面做好工作。

To improve the ideological and political work of teachers in higher schools, we should analyze the specific composition of teacher teams first, explore and then master the regularity of ideological work. It is essential to give the teacher teams positive evaluation. Meanwhile, we have to realize some peculiar weakness that the teams exist objectively. We have to realize the difficulty, complexity and chronicity of the ideological work, and better the work from five respects pointed out in this paper.
