摘要
高等教育人事管理在全面建设小康社会的进程中正发生着全面的演变,带给我们更为广阔的思考空间。如何对高等教育人事管理进行理性的哲学思考,不断提高高等教育人事管理水平,并贯穿现代人力资源管理思想,是新世纪高等教育人事管理的突破点之一。
In the process of the overall building of well-to-do society, personnel management of higher education is undergoing an all-round evolution, which leads us to further thinking. How to give a rational philosophical reflection on personnel management of higher education, and bring about steady improvement in that management permeated with the idea of modern management of human resources, is one of the key breakout points of personnel management of higher education in the new age.
