摘要
教师是职业倦怠的高发人群,且因职业特殊性其消极影响更为突出。教师职业倦怠可分为职前教育、引导、能力建立、热心和成长、生涯挫折、稳定和停滞、生涯低落和生涯退出八个阶段。
Teacher community is one where high rate of job burnout occurs very often, which is due to not only teachers' specific professional features, but also to the negative effects of job burnout itself. Teachers' job burnout can be divided into 8 stages of pre-occupational education, guidance, competence building, enthusiasm and growth, frustration in career, stability and stagnation, downward career and dropout.
