摘要 本文分析了读者满意度调查的意义、目的及作用,结合美术学院图书馆开展的读者满意度调查研究及对策分析的实例,探讨其对高校图书馆提高读者服务工作质量的推进作用。 This article analyzes the significance, purpose and function of the investigation on university library readers' satisfaction level, and discusses its boost effects of improving services for readers with the examples of the investigations and researches on readers' satisfaction level as well as the analysis of the countermeasures carried out by fine arts academy libraries.
