摘要 通过知识营销,图书馆增强了读者利用图书馆的能力,培养了读者对图书馆服务的认识,提高了图书馆读者服务的价值。 By knowledge marketing,the modern library increases the abilities of users who use the knowledge informati on resources in the library,brings up the user's recognize library service,and improves the worthniess of 1ibrary service.
