摘要
矿业城市的转型问题备受社会关注,其有效解决需具备资源、资金、科技和人才四个基本要素。本文分析了矿业城市的人才现状及存在问题,强调了人力资源开发和人才培养的重要性,探讨了开展市校合作、联合办学的特点和对策,指出了高校在矿业城市转型和可持续发展中应担负的责任。
The problems on the transformation of resources-exhausted cities are greatly concerned by the society. There must be four basic factors: resources, capital, sci-technology, and talents to solve the problems efficiently. This paper analyzes the situation of talents and the related problems of the mining cities, emphasizes the importance of the human resources development and talents cultivation, discusses the characteristics and countermeasures to develop teaching and scientific research cooperation between university and city, and points out the role of the university in the course of transfromation and the sustainable development of mining cities.
