消费型农业:矿业城市转型的新思路

AGRICULTURE OF CONSUMPTION-TYPE AS A NEW IDEA ON THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE MINING CITIES

随着农业市场化进程不断加快,传统的以“生产论”为核心的生产型农业的缺陷日益凸显,已经不能适应新时期的需要,符合市场经济条件下产品供需规律的现代消费型农业将成为我国农业现代化的根本出路,它是现代农业的核心。我国部分矿业城市拥有选择现代农业作为接续产业的条件,建立消费型农业可以作为这类矿业城市转型的新思路。

With the acceleration of the marketing process of agriculture, the defects of the traditional agriculture taking'production theory'as the core are conspicuous more and more, and it can't meet the needs in the new period. The modern consumption-type agriculture, meeting the regulation of market supply and demand, will be a basic way and a core of China's agriculture modernization. In China, some mining cities have the condition of developing modern agriculture as continued industry, and setting up the consumption-type agriculture can be regarded as a new idea of transformation of the mining cities.
