摘要
循环经济是一种“促进人与自然的协调与和谐”的经济发展模式,其经济理念于上世纪末引入我国。随着科学发展观的确立,发展循环经济已成为实现国家发展战略和社会经济协调发展的主要途径。本文是在对贵州、江苏、上海等循环经济搞得较好的地区进行实地调研的基础上,分析资源型城市存在的问题,并提出对策建议。
Recycling economy is a kind of economic development model of'promoting the harmony between human beings and nature', whose economic conception was introduced into China at the end of the 20th century. With the establishment of the concept of scientific development, the development of recycling economy has become a main approach to realize the national development strategy and harmonious development of social economics. This paper mainly points out the existing problems and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions based on the field survey in Guizhou, Jiangsu Province and Shanghai which get recycling economy done well.
