摘要 本文应用光镜、扫描及透射电镜对20例正常发育的人胚胎肾脏(8~28周)进行观察。结果表明:①肾小管的发育与肾小体发育相一致。②肾小管分化发育大致分为未分化期、分化期和成熟期3个阶段。③胚胎第8周近、远端小管已形成,第10周已有小管发育较好。④胚胎期近端小管上皮细胞可观察到一种大小、密度不同的胞质颗位。⑤肾小管尿极的壁层上皮与近端小管上皮之间有一明显过渡区。⑥集合管、近端、远端小管均可见明、暗两种类型上皮细胞。 The human embryo kidney of 20 cases(8.28 weeks)was observed by light microscope, scanning electron microscope and trasmission electron microscope.The results showed that(1) The developing of the renal tubule is simultaneos with the developing of the glomerule.(2) The development of the renal tubule can be divided into undifferentiated stage, differentiated stage and mature stage.(3)During the 8 weeks, the proximal and distal tubule had formed and the tubule had developed well during the 10 weeks.(4) The granule that it's size and density were different can be seen in the cells of the proximal tubule.(5)There were a transitional area between the cells of visceral layer and the proximal tubule.(6)The light cells and dark cells can be observed in the collecting, proximal and distal tubule.
