摘要 图像分割是图像处理和计算机视觉领域中的基本技术,是大多数图像分析及视觉系统的重要组成部分。医学图像分割是图像分割的一个重要应用领域,在临床诊疗中起着越来越重要的作用。到目前为止对医学图像的分割已有上百种方法,但还没有一个公认的最好方法,也没有一个判断分割是否成功的客观标准。总结了目前广泛应用的医学图像分割方法,讨论了每类分割方法的特点和其所适用的范围,说明了医学图像分割研究的目的及意义,展望了医学图像处理的发展前景和面临的挑战。 Image segmentation is the basic technology in image process and computer vision fields, and also is the important part of most image analysis and computer vision system. Medical-image segmentation is the main applied domain in image segmentation. It is more and more important during clinical diagnosis and treatment. Hundreds of methods have been put forward to medical-image segmentation. However, there is not a best method to segment as yet and there is not method to evaluate the segmentation. The current widely used methods are summaried in medical-image segmentation. The characteristics and range of application of these ways are di- scussed. The aim and significance of these are illustrated. The challenges of the medical-image process are looked out on.
