摘要 以3-硝基-4-氟苯甲酸、3-氟-2-甲基苯胺为原料,经3步合成3-氨基-4-氯-N-(3-氯-2-甲基苯基)苯甲酰胺,该工艺条件温和,操作简单,适合工业化生产。并利用红外、质谱、液相、元素分析对产品进行了鉴定。 3-Amino-4-chloro-N-(3-chloro-2-methylphenyl)benzamide was synthesized by three steps reactions from 3-nitro-4-chlorobenzoic acid and 3-chloro-2-methylaniline. The product was easy obtained under moderate reaction conditions, and the process was suitable for industrial production,The product was characterized by IR, MS,HPLC and Element Analysis.
