摘要
本文报道用改良的哈灵顿方法治疗２８例儿童脊柱侧凸并随访１～３年的结果．作者认为该方法操作简单，稳定性强，安全性大、植入物相对少，并发症少，符合脊柱生物力学要求，有利矫正脊柱侧凸和旋转畸形，改善病人背部外形。
The authers introduced modified Harrington's operation for 28 children scoliosis with satisfactory results after 1-3 year follow-up duration. The operation, which fits spinal biomechanics, is simple, stable, safe with less mental implants and complications.It can correct the three dimentional deformities of spinal column and improve patient's back appearance.
