盛世的标准与加强党的执政能力建设

Criterion of “Flourishing Age” and Construction of the Party’s Governance

目前社会上普遍存在着关于“盛世”的盲目乐观情绪。从现代的角度看,盛世应有安全、经济、政治、道德、文化、进步这六个考量标准。用这六个具体标准衡量我国社会现状,并与历史上的盛世进行比较,应该说我国还没有进入盛世,而是正在力争盛世的到来。联系当今世界经济、政治和军事的发展形势,给盛世确定一个明确、科学的标准,对于加强党的执政能力建设具有极大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。

Recently, there is a popular unreasoning optimistic idea in the society that our country is in the period of “flourishing age”. In terms of modern society, a flourishing age of the society must be measured from the six criteria: security, economy, politics, morality, culture and advancement. Measured with the six criteria and compared with the historical flourishing age, our country should not be said to have entered the “flourishing age”, but is still struggling for its coming. Taking into consideration the developing economic, political and military situation of the present world, a clear and scientific definition of “Flourishing Age” is of great realistic and historic significance for the construction of the Party’s governing capability.
