抗战时期重庆工业的外引内联述论

Introducing from Outside and Establishing Domestic Connections of Chongqing Industry in the Period of Anti-Japanese War

抗战时期重庆工业实现腾飞的关键是国民政府抓住了沿海工业内迁、陪都建设的历史机遇,积极招商引资、加强“外引”“内联”,从而使重庆工业进入了一个超常发展的“黄金时代”。“外引”不仅解决了重庆地区工业建设所需资金与技术问题,更重要的是奠定了重庆工业发展的基本骨架,形成了高起点的工业发展基础;“内联”则既充分发挥了“外引”工业的骨干和带头作用,又充分扩大了重庆工业生产能力,还充分发挥了对周边地区的积聚和辐射作用。“外引”与“内联”,互相依赖,互相促进,共同推动了重庆工业的大发展。

Only during several years, Chongqing became the most concentrated city of rear area and the largest industrial base of China during the Anti-Japanese War. It is because the national government caught hold of the historical opportunity of coastal industry’s moving to the interior and the opportunity of the building of an alternate capital. By attracting investment from outside and establishing connections actively inside, Chongqing had entered into a “golden age” of industrial development. “Introducing from outside ” not only solved the problem of fund and technology needed by Chongqing industry but laid a foundation for the basic structure of Chongqing industry, and formed the foundation of industry developing from a high starting point; and “established domestic connections” had fully given play to introduced industry the backbone of industry and playing a leading role, and fully enlarged the capacity of industrial production in Chongqing, still fully gave play to the ingestion and radiation effect of periphery district.“Introducing from outside” with “established domestic connections”, relied on each other, and mutually promoted, and gave impetus to the development of Chongqing industry greatly!
