致密多晶羟基磷灰石微粒人工骨-煅石膏复合材料的组织相容性研究 被引量:3

摘要 本实验以致密多晶羟基磷灰石微粒人工骨-煅石膏复合材料(HA-PP)植入实验动物骨缺损区,并以单纯HA植入作对照。结果显示实验组所有动物伤口一期愈合,无HA颗粒逸漏;组织学光镜观察显示,HA-PP复合材料植入区,新骨生长良好,新骨与HA结合紧密,两者间无纤维被囊相而,煅石膏吸收较快,始于术后第一周;电镜观察表明复合材料中HA与新骨呈完全骨整合,形成理想的界面结合。 Abstract In this study,the composite material of HA-PP was implanted in the experimental bony defects of rabbits.The methods of histological examination,X-ray and scanning electron microscopy were used to evaluate the histocompatibility of the composite.The results indicated that the composite had good osteoconduction and formed chemical bond with new bone. There was no migration of the HA parficles.The binder of plaster of paris was resorpted rapidly even started in the first week after operation.The study showed the composite material is an excellent artificial bone material with good histocompatibility.
