糯扎渡水电站是“西电东送”和“云电外送”的关键性工程,是云南省培育以水电为主的电力支柱产业、建设全国水电能源基地的重要工程。在加快云南省经济增长,带动相关产业发展,调整广东电源结构和改善广东地区环境,促进西部生态环境建设,促进大湄公河次区域经济合作组织和中国-东盟自由贸易区的发展等方面,糯扎渡水电站有着不可替代的重要作用,应加快建设进度,争取早日投产发电,造福社会和人民。

Nuozhadu Hydropower Station is the key project of 'transmitting electricity from west to east' and 'sending Yunnan electricity abroad', is the important project of the power pillar industry of Yunnan province to cultivate hydroelectricity mainly and also the important project of building hydroenergy sources base. It is very important and can't be replaced in boosting Yunnan province economic rise, driving development of relative industry, adjusting energy resources structure and improving environment of Guangdong province, promoting zoology environment of western part of China, boosting development of economic cooperation organization of Mekong sub-region and free-trade area of Southeast Asia Leaguer, elevating the standard of flood prevention of it's down stream and so on. It's schedule should be expedited. To try for generating electricity and benifits to the society and people early.
