腺淋巴瘤中上皮性成份的电镜及免疫组化研究

An Ultrastructure and Immunohistochemistry on the Epithelium of Warthin's Tumor

对５例腺淋巴瘤进行了超微结构及免疫组化的研究。认为构成肿瘤的导管样结构的上皮是二层细胞构成：近腔面的高柱状细胞及基底部的立方状细胞。电镜下这两种细胞的胞浆内都含有大量线粒体。而于基底部的立方状细胞胞浆内还看到特征性的张力细丝，并且单克隆抗体细胞角蛋白１９克疫组化染色呈阳性。肿瘤胞浆中的线粒体都是一些增大、畸形、变异的线粒体。

Abstract The epithelia of 5 Warthin's tumors were studied On ultrastructure and immunohistochemisty.The epithelium of Warthin's tumor cosists of two kinds of cells:tall cells and cuboidal cells.Both types of the cells contained numerous mitochondria in their cytoplasm.The cuboidal basal cells reveal rich complement of tonofilamente in cell processes that were stained positively by monoclonal antibody cytokeratin 19.These mitochondria showed sigificant variation not only in the shape and size but also in the number,density and appearance of the cristae.
