摘要
通过讨论分析国外和国内雨水利用现状,阐述了雨水资源是淡水资源的主要来源,使城市雨水资源化,是缓解水资源紧张的有效措施,具有现实意义。
Based on analysis of the status quo of using rainwater at home and abroad, the paper puts forth that the rainwater resource is the main form and source of freshwater resource. Finally, it points out that to reclaim the city rainwater resource is a efficient measure to relax the water resource crises and the measure has operation significance.
