摘要 在光镜下对3~9月胎儿髁状突矢状切片作了观察和定点测定。结果显示,胚胎3月时,髁突已分化成纤维层、增殖层和软骨层。髁突中份的增殖层向下凹陷形成血管束,直通髓腔。随着月龄的增长,纤维层逐渐增厚,增殖层渐薄,且以7月龄时变化最明显。软骨层虽有减少,仍构成髁突大部。血管束也随月龄逐渐变细,7月时变为3~4条、更细。血管束的形成利于髁突的营养供应,其变化与髁突的生长发育相适应。 Abstract This paper describes a histological study of changes of the human fetal mandibular condyles.At the third gestational month, obvious layer structures that consisted of the fibrous covering layer, transitional cell layer and cartilagenous cell layer were observed. Vascular canal with fibrous bundle penetrated deep into the articular structure.Throughout fetal life, the fibrous covering increased of the thickness with the decreased of the transitional layer, especially at the seventh gestational month. The secondary cartilage diminised gradually but still occupied the major part of the condyle.The vascular bundle became narrower and at the seventh gestational month,it changed into three or four bundles,adapted to the change of the articular structure.
