摘要
利用所建立的热轧微合金化钢板带晶粒尺寸仿真系统对开轧温度、变形速度、变形程度分配、道次间隙时间等工艺参数对晶粒尺寸的影响进行模拟分析和计算,在此基础上建立了晶粒尺寸与工艺参数间关系的BP网络模型,进而建立了工艺优化模型,以充分利用静态再结晶机制,细化微合金钢板带的晶粒。
The effect of technology parameters such as initial rolling temperature, deformed speed, draft distribution and interpass time on grain size has been simulated analyzed and calculated using established the simulation system for grain size of hot rolled plate and strip of microalloying steel. And based on this, a Back Propagation (BP) network for the relation between grain sizes and technology parameters and the technology optimization model are established to completely utilize static recrystallization mechanism, fine grain size of plate and strip of microalloying steel.
