荧光定量PCR检测盆腔炎性疾病生殖道支原体感染的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨荧光定量聚合酶链反应(fluorescentquantitativepolymerasechainreaction,FQ-PCR)检测盆腔炎性疾病(PID)生殖道支原体(Mycoplasmagenitalium,MG)的临床意义。方法利用FQPCR法和培养法检测92例盆腔炎症性疾病患者NG的感染率。结果92例PID患者中FQ-PCR法测得的阳性率为40.2%,而培养法测得的阳性率为22.8%,两种方法的差异性有非常显著性意义(χ2=12.800,P=0.0003)。结论FQ-PCR能快速、准确、定量检测MG感染,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate a method and it’s clinical significant of fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR) assay to detect Mycoplasma genitalium (MG) infection in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). Methods Nity-two adult patients with PID were sequentially enrolled in this study,and FQ-PCR and culture method were used to detect the infection of MG. Results Of 92 samples from PID,37 were positive by FQ-PCR assay for MG while culture assay for MG was 21 in all samples.The different between two method was significant (χ~2=12.800,P<0.01). Conclusion The FQ-PCR is a convenient,rapid,accurate and reliable assay for the detection of MG,and may be used as a method of diagnosis the etiology of PID in clinics.
