The noise of audition-checking room itself affects on the hearing-check

摘要 目的分析群体的职业性听力损伤检查时,在环境噪声超标的情况下如何判断检查的结果。方法对某工厂从事噪声作业的人员在旧测听室与新测听室检查结果进行比较。结果检查结果表明,以语言频段1000、2000、3000Hz最为明显,呈显著性差异,而在高频4000则次之,6000、8000Hz无显著性差异。结论环境噪声对测听结果有直接的影响,进行听力测试时,应在标准的测听室中进行。进行群体的职业性听力损伤测查,如果环境噪声达不到要求,在检查时应以高频听力为主,发现有高频听力损伤的人员,应到标准的测听室做纯音测听检查。 Objective To probe the effect of environmental noise on the hearing-check. Methods We compare the hearing-check results in the old audition-checking room with those in the new audition-checking room in one-factory workers who work in the noise workshop. Results The results of old audition-checking room are higher than those of the new audition-checking room, and most obviously in the range of the language frequency 1000, 2000, 3000Hz, and has a significant defference, they have a difference in 4000, 6000 Hz, there are no difference in 8000 Hz. Conclusion the environmental noise produces directly effects on the results of the hearing-check, so we should do hearing-check in a standard audition-checking Room.
