倍扎罗汀及其在皮肤科的应用
摘要
倍扎罗汀是一种合成的维A酸X受体激动剂,与维A酸X受体高度特异性结合,主要通过影响与维A酸X受体形成异二聚体的多种细胞核受体发挥调节细胞生长、增殖与分化的作用。近年来,随着系统和局部应用适应证的不断扩大,其作用机制的研究也日益深入。
