对C型门式起重机的加固改造

Modification to Reinforce the C Type of Portal Crane

通过对超期服役的C型门式起重机进行主梁局部加固,改善了主梁的受力状况与悬臂端的弹性下挠,延长了起重机使用寿命。在当前超期服役的门式起重机逐渐增多的情况下,具有一定的推广价值。

By reinforcing some parts of the main girders of C type of portal cranes, which work over their lifecycles, the mechanical conditions of the main girders and the elastic sag of cantilever were both improved, and their service lives were extended. It is ofsome significance to spread this technology in the current case that the number of portal crane working over their lifecycles is increasing.
