该文主要探讨ADR的一些问题,虽然其实践与经验、内涵与外延都在发展变化,其表现形式、运作方式等是多元化的,但还是可以从ADR的一些共性出发,来探讨其功能、价值等方面的变化发展。

This paper mainly discusses some problems about ADR. Although the practice and theory, the connotation and the extension meaning about it have been changed, and the presentation forms and running styles are in diversity, it is feasible to begin with some common characteristics of ADR to discuss the change and development of its function and value.
