Immunohistochemical Localization of Muscle-Derived Motoneuronotrophic Factor Iand its Receptor in the Stomach of Rat

用肌原性神经诱向因子１（ＭＮＴＦ１）单克隆抗体及抗独特型单克隆抗体的免疫组织化学染色研究了ＭＮＴＦ１及其受体在大鼠胃的分布。发现大鼠胃底腺有ＭＮＴＦ１及ＭＮＴＦ１受体免疫反应阳性细胞，两种阳性细胞胞体大、呈圆形或锥体形。阳性物质都分布在胞质，胞核为阴性反应。它们的形态及在胃底腺的分布特点相同，说明属同一种细胞。这些细胞的形态特点与ＨＥ染色标本的壁细胞又相似，提示壁细胞能以自分泌方式分泌ＭＮＴＦ１。

sing immunohistochemical reactive monoclonal antibody against the muscle-derived mo-toneuronotrophic factor 1 (MNTF1) and its anti-idiotypic antibody , the distributions of MNTF1and its receptor in the stomach of rat were studied. The restlts revealed that both immunoreac-tively positive cells having MNTF1 or its receptor were localized at the same gastric gland regionand they were large, round or pyramidal cells. Both types of immunoreactively positive sub-stances were localized in the cytoplasm but rot in the nucleus of these tells. Based on these re-sults, it was suggested that both cells having MNTF1 or its receptor were of the same type. Theresult of H and E staining revealed that these cells were parietal cells, suggested that the parietalcells possess the MNTF1 antocrine function.
