摘要
在全桥变换电路中,由于对角开关管驱动脉冲传输不一致使得左右桥臂中点对地产生的共模电流不能抵消。对全桥变换电路共模传导电磁干扰传播路径进行了分析,在这基础上建立了低阶的共模传导电磁干扰的等效电路,以指导滤波器的设计。文章中结合实验结果对电路中的寄生参数对共模电流频谱的影响进行了分析。
In a full-bridge converter circuit, due to different transmission delays of the drive pulses for diagonal switches, the CM currents generated by the two arms cannot cancel each other. Based on the study of common-mode (CM) conducted EMI propagation paths, a low-order CM EMI equivalent circuit is built and useful for the design of EMI filter. The effects of parasitic parameters on the CM noise spectrum are also analyzed.
