摘要
目的探讨引起银屑病患者血清抗体反应的β-溶血性链球菌和结核分支杆菌蛋白提取物中抗原成分的异同。方法免疫印迹法分析点滴状银屑病、肺结核患者及正常对照血清中与β-溶血性链球菌、结核分支杆菌胞浆蛋白提取物和培养液蛋白提取物发生免疫反应的蛋白组分。结果显示β-溶血性链球菌胞浆蛋白提取物和培养液提取物蛋白有相同分子量60kD的抗原同时与点滴状银屑病的血清发生免疫反应,而在结核分支杆菌培养液提取物蛋白中则为62kD的抗原与之发生免疫反应。结论提示点滴状银屑病患者血清中的抗β-溶血性链球菌胞浆提取物蛋白、培养液提取物蛋白的抗体与抗结核分支杆菌培养液提取物蛋白的抗体并非由相同分子量的蛋白抗原刺激产生,可能是独立存在的免疫反应。
Objective:Analyzing immunologic reaction components of culture supernatant extracts and cytoplasmic extracts prepared from β-haemolytic streptococci and mycobacterium tuberculosis. Methods:Immunologic reaction was detected for guttate psoriasis, tuberculosis patients and normal controls by western-blotting. Results:The results indicated that the antigen of 60 kD in β-haemolytic streptococci culture supernatant extracts and cytoplasmic extracts responded to sera of guttate psoriasis, but the antigen of 62 kD in mycobacterium tuberculosis culture supernatant extracts was also responded to these sera. Conclusion:These results suggested that the antigen of 60 kD in β-haemolytic streptococci culture supernatant extracts and cytoplasmic extracts were showed the nonspecific reaction, the antigen of 62 kD in mycobacterium tuberculosis cytoplasmic extracts were the specific reactive antigen.
